Energy Healing

Sometimes life asks a great deal of us, leaving us feeling physically, emotionally or spiritually drained. At times like these, we don't always need answers—we simply need the opportunity to slow down, breathe and allow ourselves to receive.

I am certified to Master Level in both Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki.  These beautiful healing traditions provide the foundation for my work, while every session is guided intuitively by your own unique energy.

Over the years, my practice has naturally evolved into a deeply intuitive approach, allowing me to work with each person's unique energy and the guidance that unfolds during the session.

Every Energy Healing session is completely individual. Rather than following a fixed routine, I intuitively respond to your own energy, supporting your body's natural ability to restore balance in the way that is most appropriate for you.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, carrying emotional burdens, navigating a spiritual awakening or simply longing for a moment of deep relaxation, each session is offered with compassion, care and respect for your own unique journey.

Before your session begins, I take a few quiet moments to ground myself and set the intention to hold a safe, compassionate and peaceful space for you.

You may choose to receive your healing in person within my sacred space, or as a distance healing session. For distance healing, we simply agree a convenient date and time. 

At the beginning of the session, I connect intuitively with your energy from my sacred space, allowing the healing to unfold in exactly the same gentle and focused way as an in-person session.

Energy is not limited by physical distance, and many people find a distance healing session to be just as deeply relaxing and supportive as receiving healing in person.

Every session is a unique experience. Some people notice warmth, tingling sensations or emotional release, while others simply leave feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced. Every experience unfolds exactly as it is meant to.

Energy Healing Session

A full 60-minute healing session where I intuitively work with your energy using the foundations of Usui Reiki, allowing Spirit to guide the session in the way that feels most appropriate for you. Sessions are available either in person within my sacred space or as a scheduled distance healing session.

Energy Healing with Kundalini Reiki

If guided, Kundalini Reiki can be gently woven into your healing session. Many people experience this as a deeper energetic activation that beautifully complements the Usui Reiki healing, helping to support balance, clarity and energetic restoration.

Kundalini Reiki Recharge

For those times when you feel you simply need a gentle energetic boost, a standalone Kundalini Reiki Recharge can be sent at an agreed time. This focused healing usually takes around five minutes and is often experienced as a powerful yet gentle energetic reset, helping you feel clearer, lighter and more revitalised.
